Alpha Futbol Academy Placements (U13–U17)

More Than a Tryout — It's a Player Evaluation

At Alpha Futbol, we believe every player deserves an opportunity to develop. Our Academy Placements are designed to evaluate each player's current ability, potential, work ethic, and attitude—not simply select the best players on one day.

Unlike traditional tryouts, our focus is on placing players in the environment where they can grow, improve, and succeed.

Age Groups

We are currently evaluating players in the following UPSL Academy age groups:

  • U13 Boys & Girls

  • U15 Boys & Girls

  • U17 Boys & Girls

Players are grouped by age and ability to ensure they receive the highest quality training and competition throughout the season.

What Coaches Evaluate

During Academy Placements, our coaching staff looks beyond talent. We evaluate:

  • Technical ability

  • Ball control and passing

  • Decision-making

  • Tactical understanding

  • Speed and athleticism

  • Coachability

  • Attitude and work ethic

  • Character and commitment

Every player receives a fair evaluation in a professional and positive environment.

Development for Every Player

Our mission is to develop players at every stage of their journey. Whether you're looking to improve your skills, prepare for high school soccer, compete in the UPSL Academy, or pursue college and professional opportunities, Alpha Futbol provides a pathway for your growth.

There are no cuts based solely on one session. We work to place players where they will be challenged and continue to develop.

Your Pathway Starts Here

Players who join Alpha Futbol become part of a complete development pathway:

UPSL Academy (U13–U17) → UPSL Men's & Women's Teams → College Opportunities → Professional Exposure

If you're ready to train in a competitive environment, receive professional coaching, and take the next step in your soccer journey, we invite you to attend an Alpha Futbol Academy Placement.

Train. Develop. Compete. Grow with Alpha Futbol.
