Founder

John Stephen is the Founder of Alpha Futbol USA, overseeing operations, player development, and league competition across the club.

Martha Rosas

Women’s Director

Martha Rosas is a USSF-licensed Coach who brings over a decade of coaching experience, including time with Club Lobas in Wichita, Kansas. A former collegiate player with Red Ravens Women’s Soccer, she understands the pathway and commitment required to compete at the next level.

Raul Escamilla is a USSF-licensed coach at Alpha Futbol USA, working with players aged U13–U19. Raul brings a blend of international perspective and technical expertise, focusing on player development, tactical growth, and preparing young athletes for competitive success.
